Pawtrait Studio creates personalised AI-generated pet portraits and offers them as digital downloads and printed canvas products.

2. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you have the right to use the photos you upload
• the information you provide is accurate and complete
• your shipping address and contact details are correct

3. Nature of the Product

Each portrait is custom-made using the image, style, and options selected by the customer. Because the product is personalised, the final result is unique.

4. AI-Generated Artwork

Our portraits are created using AI-assisted tools and artistic processing. Results may vary, and each portrait is an interpretation based on the materials and selections provided.

5. Colour and Print Variation

Colours and print appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to screen settings, lighting, materials, and the natural characteristics of canvas printing. Minor differences of this kind are not defects.

6. Production and Delivery

Any production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are personalised, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

8. Refunds and Complaints

Refunds, replacements, and complaint handling are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights that apply to you under consumer law.

9. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawtrait Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or delays outside our reasonable control.
